Dear Students,
KBC offers a range of short-cycle higher education Academy
Profession Programmes (so-called AP Degrees) and Diploma Programmes in English
for international students wishing to pursue study opportunities in
Denmark.
We offer 1 and 2 year short-cycle programmes in the following
subject areas:
- Multimedia Design and Communication
- Leadership and
Management
- International Commerce and Marketing
- Diploma in
Leadership
On the following pages you can read about the various
programmes offered by us, the teaching and learning methodologies applied and
the study environment at the college.
In all aspects of our teaching, we
involve representatives from the business - and wider - community, so that the
skills, that you are developing and applying are relevant and applicable to the
needs of the local, national and global labour market.
In the 2 year AP
programmes work placements are an integrated part of the learning process
and can be designed and carried out in any area of the global community, as long
as it fulfills the requirements of the learning outcomes defined in the
programme - and formal requirements of the syllabus.
Students have been
as far as New York, Chennai, Beijing, and, as close as Copenhagen and our home
town of Køge, which is situated only 40 kilometres from the centre of
Copenhagen.
The learning opportunities in the global world are limitless,
and KBC will do its utmost to ensure that you get connected both professionally,
socially and culturally to the demands and requirements of a changing global
world.
We expect students to participate actively, as a large part of the
programmes require group work and presentation of work carried out.
